Approximately 100 lbs. of grass fed and finished beef already cut, wrapped, labeled, and ready for pickup at the farm store.  Most steaks are 2 to a package, 1" thick. Roasts are all approximately 3 lbs. each. Ground beef and stew meat in one pound packages. A typical ready-cut beef quarter will include the following:

 

- 35 lbs. 90% lean ground beef in 1 lb. packages

- 4 lbs. Bone-in Rib Steaks

- 4-5 lbs. T-Bone Steaks

- 4 lbs. Sirloin and/or Sirloin-Tip Steaks

- 6 lbs. Cube Steaks

- 2 lbs. Flank or Skirt Steak

- 4 lbs. Meaty Soup Bones

- 5 lbs. Neck/Marrow Soup Bones

- 10-12 lbs. Chuck Roast

- 10-12 lbs. Sirloin Tip and/or Rump Roasts

- 3 lbs. Beef Brisket

- 4 lbs. Short Ribs

- 3 lbs. Stew Meat

- 2 lbs. Beef Liver

- 2 lbs. Beef Heart or Tongue or Kidney (based on inventory on hand)


This grass fed beef quarter will require about 4 cubic feet of freezer space to store. Once we receive your order we will setup a convenient time to pickup your order at our farm store.
