Approximately 100 lbs. of beef already cut, wrapped, labeled, and ready for pickup at the farm store.  Most steaks are 2 to a package, 1" thick. Roasts are all approximately 3 lbs. each. Ground beef and stew meat in one pound packages. A typical ready-cut beef quarter will include the following:


- 30 lbs. 90% lean ground beef in 1 lb. packages (chubs)

- 4 lbs. Bone-in Rib Steaks

- 4 lbs. T-Bone Steaks

- 4 lbs. Sirloin Steaks

- 6 lbs. Round Steak

- 2 lbs. Flank or Skirt Steak

- 2 lbs. Cubed Steak

- 6 lbs. Meaty Soup Bones

- 5 lbs. Neck Soup Bones

- 9 lbs. Chuck Roast

- 6 lbs. Sirloin Tip Roast

- 6 lbs. Rump Roast

- 3 lbs. Beef Brisket

- 4 lbs. Short Ribs

- 6 lbs. Stew Meat

- 2 lbs. Beef Liver

- 2 lbs. Beef Heart

This grass fed beef quarter will require about 4 cubic feet of freezer space to store.
