Our grass fed and finished beef briskets are dry aged for two weeks and are perfect for summer smoking, roasts and slow cooking. We usually offer half cut briskets ranging from 3-5 lbs as well as whole briskets with point on weighting at 8-10 lbs.  We will source ones that are either 5 or 10 lbs for you. If you would like flat half or point half please advise in the comments and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Enjoy!
