Vegetable and Full Diet CSA Programs

OUR 2019 CSA PROGRAMS ARE COMPLETED.

PLEASE CHECK BACK IN JANUARY 2020 FOR AN UPDATE ON OUR CSA SHARES.

All of the vegetables, fruits, and herbs will be grown organically, with no synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, using organic and/or heirloom seeds and farming techniques that will build and sustain the soils. All of the meats and eggs are raised outdoors on organic pastures.

The VEGETABLE CSA program includes 20 weekly or 10 bi-weekly (every other week) boxes of vegetables, each approximately 3/4 of a bushel, filled with the freshest, local, soil-grown heirloom vegetables. Pickups begin in mid-June and run through late October.  Cost is $38 per week.  Optional Add-On items to purchases for the season include a pastured-raised egg share (1 dozen large or extra large eggs per pickup) for an additional $6, and a raw milk share of one gallon per pickup for an additional $12 per pickup.

This FULL DIET CSA program includes 20 weekly or 10 bi-weekly pickups of a freshly-harvested CSA Vegetable Box (3/4 bushel), along with 4-5 lbs. of grass fed beef cuts, 4-5 lbs. of pastured pork cuts, a whole pastured chicken (~4 lbs.), a dozen pastured eggs, and an optional gallon of raw grass-fed Guernsey milk each week. Additional bonus goodies throughout the season will include raw honey, farmstead cheeses, and artisan grains and beans.   The basic full diet CSA share is $160 per pickup, with the option of adding a gallon of raw milk per pickup for an additional $12.
